extends org.apache.uima.fit.component.JCasAnnotator_ImplBase

Bootstraps the CAS by:

1. Transforms document's original CDA text into plain text, inserting section (segment) markers into text .
2. Transformation also inserts hyphens into words that should be hyphenated
3. Stores the resulting text in a new View (which has its own Sofa)
4. Detects sections and adds Segment (aka section) annotations
5. Extracts document level data and stores in CAS as Property annotations.
